Oh? That sounds great!

Oh. I see. I guess we were wrong. Track-proven performance is embodied by body kits, not, you know, performance.

They meant literally embodied. In the body. Because clearly that’s how English works.

It means “we only changed the body” right?

I’d give them a pass if the bodykit was the same one on the GT car.

The worst part is how horribly tacked on these pieces look. Literally glued on with the seams showing, it looks like garbage.
When BMW or Mercedes does a sport package they actually REPLACE the front and rear bumpers, not glue new sporty looking pieces on them.

Yeah, I finally saw one about a week ago. It literally looks like someone poorly riced their brand new TLX lol
The driver looked a hell of a lot like this

I just saw one just a few days ago and didn’t even know it. I saw the glued on parts and thought “man that looks ugly as fuck”, didn’t know it came like that from the factory.

It’s a real shame because the TLX is not a bad looking car, they needed something like this but not half-assed

Exactly, if you want to make a real sports appearance package do it the right way, manufacture a brand new front/rear bumper and a new door sill just like you see on the Merc.

It’s a real shame because Acura and especially Honda have such strong sporting credentials. If Acura made a true competitor to the other sport sedans, it would be hard justifying anyone else
